Feli be mad ((WIP))

I was bored and in the rp with Feli just couldn't make a convincing angry face but when Katarina showed up he finally did   be very afraid of the super angry Italian ಠ_ಠ shit just got real...

Imma probably color it later...

Edit: his eyes are open because they can be, Italy does have eyes, everyone has eyes, he has opened them before in the anime so why can't I draw them open? Im only typing this incase people realize that and go: oh no the apocalypse!
